I have been a homeowner and a renter in the past 20 years and would like to just say that I had a great experience as a tenant of Jen and Matt’s. Since the day that I first met them we looked at a few rentals. I had a specific request after our first showing. I preferred a home that faced south or west. At that time they didn’t have anything available, but as soon as they did, Jen followed up with me to let me know of a townhouse that faced west that became available. Most people would not have even given a second thought. I thanked her for taking the time to follow up with me and signed a lease. During my stay there, they were very attentive to anything that I needed as this was their personal investment. They cared. When I left, they were very prompt in accommodating my busy schedule to make sure that my unit was ready for the next tenants. (Which moved in right away.) My only regret now that I have left is that I’m no longer there. I really enjoyed my experience. Thank you Jen & Matt. (I’ll be back!!!)

Jen and Matt were both very helpful and readily available when needed. On a particularly cold night our heat wasn't working right; they purchased and delivered space heaters until the situation was resolved. If my financial situation hadn't changed I would still be renting from Marquee Management.

Whenever we had a problem you guys fixed it very quickly. Always gave us notice on any maintenance appointments at the apartment and made sure the driveways were always plowed. You were the best landlords we had, and worked hard to find us a house of our own.
